So here we are on the road between home and our California "other home." Here's the story about that. The Circle B Kitchen has been on the road since yesterday morning and we now find ourselves in a quite nice hotel in the middle of Utah. We arrived here in the late afternoon and after settling in, I was able to set out the above ingredients for our impromtu dinner. After driving 9 hours, the last thing we feel like doing is embarking on a scouting mission for dinner. It's so nice to just open up the cooler and find sliced cheese, 2 kinds of crackers, avocado, goat cheese, olives and a nice bottle of wine; everything we need for a relaxing evening on the road. Traveling never tasted so good.
