I have a wondrous persimmon recipe to share with you, hopefully in the next week or so; just a few more tweaks and it should be blog-worthy. So while we're waiting for persimmon perfection, I thought I'd share this fun, super easy method for egg separation that The Husband found online. As a postscript to the video, I found that this method works best with eggs right out of the fridge. I was able to transfer an egg yolk 6 or 7 times (not that you will ever have to do this), but after it sat at room temperature for a few minutes, the yolk did eventually break. Happy separating!
