You just never know what life is going to throw your way sometimes.  In a surprise move, it has required me to be ever so busy this week caring for my 88-year old father who was taken quite ill unexpectedly.

Dad's hanging in there, but there's no telling when he'll be back on his feet, so until then, I'll leave you with this super simple, yet awesomely delicious little dipping sauce created by Richard Blaise of Top Chef fame.  It's a totally simple little concoction, combining sriracha sauce and Ranch dressing.  So simple, and yet so addictive.  He serves it as a dipping sauce for onion rings, french fries, fried veggies, or anytime a cool, spicy dip might be appropriate.  I think it's also good with chips, crackers, or on sandwiches, tacos and burgers.  Let your imagination be your guide. SRI-RANCHA DIPPING SAUCE

2 cups Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup Sriracha Sauce
juice from 1/4 lemon

Mix ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.
